Basalt at Duke's Lane

Located in central Waikiki in Dukes Lane, Basalt is a refined yet casual dining experience. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus as well as a full bar. Reservations are not necessary, most wait times will be less than 15 minutes. This may increase during peak times. Breakfast and lunch menus are very reasonably priced, with most plates costing under $20. The dinner menu does become a bit more expensive, with dishes ranging up to $60.  Need parking?  Basalt will validate parking for the Hyatt Centric Hotel located at, 349 Seaside Ave.  You can park on the 4th or 5th floor for up to 4 hours with validation.

Basalts serves breakfast daily from opening till 2pm for all you late risers. Some of our favorites on this menu are the charcoal pancakes and pork belly fried rice. Their menu also offers eggs benedict, loco moco, bagels, traditional breakfast plates and more. Price is going to range from $15 to $25 depending on your choice. Most optioned are priced under $20.

This simple menu offers burgers, salads, and sandwiches. They start serving lunch at 11 am and serve until 2 pm. All breakfast options are still available during lunch hours, so the limited menu isn't such a big deal if you're in the mood for a late breakfast. Prices on the lunch menu mirror those on the breakfast menu, between $15 and $25.

The dinner menu begins at 5 pm. This menu is certainly more of a refined dining experience than the other two menus. They offer a large selection of appetizers, entrees and a 3 course dinner. The adobo chicken wings are always a favorite appetizer. When it's time to order entrees we recommend the fresh catch of the day or the prime rib. As previously mentioned this menu does get a bit more expensive than breakfast and lunch. Appetizers range from $14 - $18, entrees will range from $25 - $50 and the 3 course dinner will come in at just under $70.
