Around the Path

The bike path at Eagle Run is nice and wide as well as well maintained.  There are no cracks or potholes which makes for some excellent bike riding. Of course, with this being such a short path you'll likely want to find some more area to ride.  Just to the west of Eagle Run is Rendezvous Park which has a couple more miles of paved biking paths. There are also plenty of quiet neighborhood streets to ride on just outside of the park. 

The well paved paths and flat surfaces really open the door to any of our bike rental options.  Whether you want to go with a standard peddle bike, or electric, you'll have no problem with this easy trail. If you're not planning on riding to the trail from GoGo, we always recommend using one of our bike racks to transport the bikes.  This makes loading and unloading much easier. 

 The parking lot for Eagle Run is located across the street at Rendezvous Park.  The path takes you right through a crosswalk and over to Eagle Run. If you want to park closer to the trail, you can find parking the the residential neighborhood, just south of the park. 

There are no restrooms or water fountains at the park so be sure to plan accordingly.  There is also almost no shade. So, be sure to bring sunscreen if you'll be there for more than a couple hours. If enjoy fishing, the pond does offer some fishing opportunity.  If the bike ride has worked up and appetite, there are a few dinning options located just a mile or so east of the park.
