The Food

I would describe the menu in one word. HEAVY.  These burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers are all very rich and hearty plates.  The fries are thick cut and lightly fried.  The appetizer menu consists of different fried foods like jalapeño poppers and cheese curds, as well as wings, poutine, fish cakes, and gouda pickles. The rest of the menu consists of different specialty burgers and sandwiches, but there are a handful of salads on the menu for those trying to eat on the lighter side.

Brygge also has a large selection of domestic and craft beer on tap.  You'll also find a cocktail selection. 

The Atmosphere

The atmosphere in Brygge is very modern with a bit of a hipster vibe.  The cold cement floors and grey walls are complemented by the warm woods that run along the ceiling and bar area.  TV's are scattered throughout the bar and are often playing sports, but I would not describe Brygge as a sports bar by any means.  There is bar seating, high top, and regular tables.  The patio offers a cozy nook and fireplace.  This is a great spot for appetizers and drinks in the summer or early fall.
